In East China, high-sulfur GPC is traded well and refineries mostly produce 4#B GPC. Along the Yangtze River, mid-sulfur GPC transactions are acceptable and the prices hover at high level. For CNPC/PetroChina, GPC shipments are smooth and some refineries intend to raise prices again. |
